Sarah, well done in capturing the mood of nostalgic America! Both pictures have a distinctive voice. I like how use the golden grid to keep the space from looking cluttered, and normally I like high contrast, but the combinations of midtones in these are so perfect for the overall mood, I think I wouldn't have it any other way. I think the contrast in texture is the key factor that makes my eyes keep coming back to it. Really well done!
